Charles joined our small charity group on a Saturday morning to potentially “challenge our thinking” and to guide thoughts for an upcoming fund raising campaign. As a charity that had been operating for 10 years, largely unsupported by external funding and supporting activities with services delivered, our team needed some “larger” entrepreneurial input. Charles delivered in style. The Board and I, as CEO, were delighted. While some staff left the day, experiencing mixed feelings (having been challenged), this was the start of longer term change in thinking for the group.
